General
MyJobTrack is an iOS app that helps you organize and track your job applications through the
entire hiring pipeline — from initial interest to final offer. It includes interview
scheduling, contact management, follow-up reminders, analytics, and more.
Yes. MyJobTrack is free to download and use with core features. The free version includes ads.
You can upgrade to Premium for an ad-free experience, unlimited applications, advanced
analytics, and custom themes.
MyJobTrack requires iOS 17.0 or later. It works on iPhone and iPad with an adaptive layout
optimized for each device.
Yes. All your data is stored locally on your device. If you enable iCloud sync, your data is
stored in your personal iCloud account. We do not operate external servers and do not have
access to your data. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Features
Tap the "+" button on the Applications tab. Fill in the company name, role, and any other
details. You can also share a LinkedIn job URL from Safari or any app to auto-fill
application details.
Yes. Go to Settings > Data Management and use the Import feature to load applications from a
CSV file. The file should include columns for company, role, status, and other fields.
When you add an interview, you can enable calendar sync to create an event in your device
calendar. The app uses Apple's EventKit and only accesses events it has created. Changes to
interview times are automatically reflected in your calendar.
Next Actions are follow-up tasks you set for each application — like sending a thank-you
note, preparing for an interview, or completing a take-home assignment. They have due dates
and can recur automatically when completed.
The Insights tab shows total applications, offers received, offer conversion rate, response
rate, average days in pipeline, weekly application trends, pipeline stage breakdown, source
performance (which channels yield the best results), and bottleneck detection. Premium users
get additional advanced analytics.
Yes. MyJobTrack includes 6 built-in interview preparation templates covering behavioral,
technical, system design, take-home, case study, and final round interviews. Each template
provides structured prompts and focus areas.
Premium & Billing
Premium removes all ads, unlocks unlimited application tracking, provides advanced
analytics, adds 5 extra color themes, and includes priority support.
Open your device's Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions, find MyJobTrack, and tap Cancel.
Your premium features remain active until the end of the current billing period.
Since all payments are processed by Apple through the App Store, refund requests must be
submitted through Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Yes. Open MyJobTrack on your new device, go to Settings > Premium, and tap "Restore
Purchases." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID.
Data & Privacy
Yes. Go to Settings > Data Management and choose Export. You can export your applications as
a CSV or JSON file and share it using any app on your device.
Go to Settings > Data Management and use the Reset option to delete all application data.
You can also uninstall the app to remove all locally stored data. If you use iCloud sync,
manage your cloud data through your device's iCloud settings.
Yes. All core features work offline since data is stored locally on your device. An internet
connection is only needed for iCloud sync, displaying ads (free version), and processing
in-app purchases.
